both academically and practically.
The practical side included areas such as human resources management and development
at the macro and micro levels, designing training projects,training needsassessment,
training delivery,skills classification.
The academic sideincludesteaching at the university in the fields of business
administration, (international business administration),as well ashandling the training
activities added a lot ofvarianceexperiencesand skills.
